I love both, and the border is mostly useful to bad briefs. Between the pixel and the component, many projects lose their hold: a visual intention shaved down by development, an art direction floating on helium, information leaking between disciplines.

My role is to connect visual direction and technical feasibility from the start, so the interface keeps its level of craft without becoming a fantasy impossible to maintain.

I work regularly for the worlds of luxury, beauty, events and culture, where attention to detail is an entry condition. That standard, once internalised, doesn't leave: the same approximation is no longer acceptable, and it yields a way of working that applies to any kind of project: align, reduce, balance, then start again.

I survived Flash and quite a few “legacy” technologies. Today I have my preferred stack, which may change tomorrow.

AI has become a full working partner. I follow agents, augmented workflows and new ways of prototyping very closely. With a lot of enthusiasm and caution. Modestly. Because there are already enough self-proclaimed experts discovering a tool on Tuesday and selling a method on Thursday.
